Our history starts with training how to reglaze the bathtub with spray. It's the first time have met with a reglazing process in October 2007.
How did we decide to create this product?
We used the spray for the reglazing for around 6 years. All this period we thought about how we could avoid working with the spray and create products with different application methods. The spray is a good method but not for all, you need to keep a lot of equipment with you, and you have a lot of dust when you do your job.
In 2012 we saw the material completely different from the spray. End we start to think about how to develop this type of product. We have some knowledge of chemistry and chemical products.
We started work on the formula and all the components that we needed by the end of 2012.
By the end of 2013, we created equipment for the production of this product. You should be asking us why we have not bought all the equipment. It's a good question: we should, but we couldn't. A lot of money is needed to start production. Some specific equipment costs a lot of money.
At the start of 2014, we had the first batch of the product. We started to test products on the bathtubs and find out what kind of hardener we needed for perfect work with our material.
A lot of improvement in formulas and methods happens, during 2014 - 2017.
More than 5000 bathtubs will be reglazed during this time. The tones of product and hardener are disposed of. And after all these test failures and successes. We created our vision of the pour-on method and created a product for DIYers. And list our first listing on the Amazon marketplace at the end of 2017 or the start of 2018.
